IAPMO Releases the Report on Comments for the 2012 Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa & Hot Tub Code (USPSHTC)

The Report on Comments (ROC) is published during the final year of the code development process. This document will contain the comments received on proposed changes, the committee’s action, the committee’s statement as to the reason for other than an affirmative vote, and a summary of the voting outcome. For members of the Technical Committee who choose to abstain from voting or voted negatively, a statement as to their reasons will also be included.

The USPSHTC will be available for public review for 45 days and until March 26, 2012.
